ICT Policy

Dear all

I need to work on an ICT policy for our Library Association, the Library and Information Association of South Africa (LIASA)<http://www.liasa-new.org.za/>.

Do you perhaps have any good examples that you can refer me to? I mainly need to know what needs to be included/addressed. Right now it seems like a daunting task .... Any help will be highly appreciated.
