Oh, and one more thing. You might need to have your institution's IT department add the URLs EBSCO lists to your email server's spam exception list. We did that, too, just in case.

My library recently experienced the same problem with EBSCO emails. The solution was to add the following URLs/IPs to our network firewall: http://support.ebscohost.com/knowledge_base/detail.php?id=966
We contacted our IT department and they fixed the problem.

Hi Andrew,
Yes EBSCO is aware of the problem, it just started last Thursday. Oddly, I
cannot send or receive emailed EBSCO articles from our college IPs but can
from my home computer!

Subject: Issues sending out articles from the EBSCO platform
Hi all,
Has anyone had issues with sending out articles from EBSCO databases?
Even though I sent myself an email through Academic Search Premier, I
haven't received anything yet - not in my inbox nor in my Spam folder.
Is this a known issue and/or does anyone know how to resolve it?
Thanks,
Andrew
