Issues sending out articles from the EBSCO platform

I'm not sure about individual EBSCOhost databases, but we've had a longstanding (several months!) issue in EDS. The gist of it is that if a user puts records into a folder and then attempts to email those records, there is a system error and nothing gets sent. I've tried contacting support staff and, so far, nothing has been resolved. (I tried it just now, to be sure, and Yes, the problem is still there. Is anyone else having a similar problem?)

We (Valparaiso University) too are having this problem.  I've spoken with EBSCO support and they said this is a known issue (started last week), multiple customers have reported the issue, and this is a high priority for them.
If you call them, they'll add your name to the list to be notified of any updates.

Even though I sent myself an email through Academic Search Premier, I haven't received anything yet - not in my inbox nor in my Spam folder.

Is this a known issue and/or does anyone know how to resolve it?
