This is a new service from Microsoft.  It accepts PDF.  Here is what it
made of your PDF.

They can accept images of any size.

The technology is cross-brower and only requires JavaScript on the client
side.

It's a development from Microsoft Livelabs' SeaDragon.

If you decide that this is the way to go, then you could actually Implement
this yourself.  I managed to implement it in PHP on Linux a couple of years
ago as part of a data visualisation project.
