Simple listserv tools?

Wilhelmina:

I use GroupSpaces for a local organization, and so long as you have fewer
than 50 members, it's free. You can add your members on, and manage them
yourself. There's also free website setup, with a calendar and a bunch of
simple tools to manage a group. If you have more than 50 members, it's
still cheap to run.
