Online Storage

I work in an academic library and we recently added computers with a "thaw space."  We haven't had any problems yet with patrons forgetting to save information that we know of, but I was wondering if any libraries promote patrons to use online storage, such as Google docs or Drop Box.  If so, do your patrons seem to find these suggestions helpful?
