[Web4lib] Blockquote, italics and IE6

Thanks to all for the quick suggestions on this IE/italics annoyance.
The article at PIE[1] suggested by several of you was both informative
and provided the necessary means to remedy the situation.  A slight
change in my Google search strategy would have brought the article up
right away for myself.  Thanks again for bringing it to my attention.
