I've got a couple of suggestions.  Both are flash based, and they'll stream MP3s from your site.

This is one I've used:

The only thing caveat with this player is you need to embed a separate copy of the flash file for each MP3 you want to play.  The included javascript does a good job of stopping the current file playing if you start another one however.

Here's one I see on a lot of websites, and I believe it does a better job with multiple MP3s, but I don't have any personal experience with it.

Also, I have to agree with the comment the other person made:
