Hi
You might want to look at "PWB": http://www.teamsoftwaresolutions.com/
You can hide the URL bar, but the user can still use "File" and "Open"
to enter a URL.
There are various registry hacks you can experiment with (see
http://www.pctools.com/guides/registry/), but I think it's just easier
and quicker to go with PWB.
