It installs for me (XP SP2) - it just doesn't display any text in any
drop-down or context menus and won't let me enter any URLs.  What are
the odds they'd rush a half-baked beta out the door just hours after
Steve Jobs announced writing for Safari was the only "API" for making
iPhone apps?
