[Web4lib] Safari for Windows

I have Safari (build 522.11.3) installed on Windows XP2 (desktop) and
Windows Vista Business Version (laptop). There are a few bugs, but
nothing that causes any errors or freezes. As someone else wrote, it's
a beta (or maybe it's a perpetual beta??)

I like the browser, but I think--correct me if I am wrong here--I seem
to recall Mac users complain about Safari, about Safari not being up
to par with other user-friendly, Mac apps.
