www.Eyespot.com is awesome as well, for mashes.  

The extraordinarily wonderful thing is that, if you're working where you
can't get to a video conversion program to change a video from say, .mov
to windows media, you can do it on eyespot !  You can also edit
segments, ie, clip the video so you can use just the first couple of
minutes.
 
It's a beautiful thing.
