[Web4lib] How do we set to digest now?

I probably speak for a gazillion others on this list as I second what Nancy
said...I too searched the website in vain for a digest command. Please, Roy,
let us know how to accomplish this so we can avoid the various "me, too"
posts.

I combed the new website and found nothing.
