[Web4lib] How do we set to digest now?

To which email address do we now send our  "set web4lib mail digest" 
command?
And is that still the command?
I combed the new website and found nothing.

I am somewhat sorry to post this to the entire list, but I doubt I am the 
only one who is perturbed by this situation.
