[WEB4LIB] PDF versus HTML

I second the html:more accessible issue. Also, there are some
programs/scripts that convert html to pdf's "on the fly"... for example:
http://www.rustyparts.com/pdf.php

If this was an ongoing project, something like that might be worth it.
