Web Site Policies and Procdures

We are in the process of developing a written policies and procedures
statement for our Web site and I'm looking for examples. If you have a
written policy regarding your Web Site (that details, for example,
purpose, responsibility for development, maintenance and content, etc.)
and would be willing to share it, I'd be very grateful. Please respond
off-list.
