I don't think the issue was that Dreamweaver MX was putting in sets of <p>
tags - merely that it would automatically include the closing tag - </p> -
when an opening tag was entered. XHTML insists on all tags being
terminated, either with a closing tag or within the tag itself. (ex.
instead of <br>, use <br />.)

With Homesite, you can toggle the tag completion feature on or off,
dependent on mood.
