Proxy Autoconfig Files appear to work in latest Mozilla

I've been tracking the PAC bugs in Mozilla's bug database, and it looks 
like the developers have declared victory over all of the problems. 
The fixes aren't in Mozilla 0.9 -- you'll have to download the latest 
nightly build in order to try it out:

  <http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/>

I tried it with a few simple PAC files and it appears to work.  If you 
see something wrong, report it as a bug!  (Or contact me and I'll 
report it on your behalf -- let's get this one solved for libraries 
everywhere.)

There is finally light at the end of this tunnel!
