I find some of the same problems with this kit as I see in Bobby and other
checkers.  It does not go far enough in checking the page.  I found the
hints to use the LANG attribute to be nonsensical.  It didn't check to see
if there was even a different language.  I added the LANG to the header in
my template so as to get rid of that.  Maybe I am too picky.  Also, the one
for TABIndex is a little off in that why would it matter on most pages?  I
see code glut occurring here.
