Makes perfect sense to me.  I own postcard.org and also have it for
sale.  It has content on it, though it hasn't been updated in some
time.

Why is this different than a colleague who drives his car to work
daily, but has a for sale sign in the window?  Those seem somewhat
common to me.  For that matter, most people use their homes while they
are for sale, don't they?
