need technology news not business news

I am going to get on my high horse again and whine a little bit here.
Before I have asked what sources people can recommend for technology news
(especially related to libraries).  I want to thank everyone for your
suggestions.  My frustration continues in that almost all so-called
technology news sources are dominated by business news not any news of new
technologies or how people are using those technologies.  This is even
getting to be the case in the library press.
