libraries leasing computers

Hello,

I know this topic was discussed about two years ago, but I didn't see many
responses in the archive.  

I was wondering if any public libraries out there are leasing computers, and
if so, how this is working out?  I am mainly interested in public libraries
but welcome input from others.
