IKiosk Blues

I'm using Netscape 4.08 Standalone, Win98, and IKiosk 3.31.  I'm also 
using the WSAUTO file from May 11 of this year.

My problem:  IKiosk doesn't prevent access to the Security or Netsearch 
buttons despite their having been "x'd" out.  Does anyone have a fix for 
this?
