[WEB4LIB] IKiosk Blues

I have used the same version of Ikiosk (WinSelect) for a couple of years now 
and we will be upgrading to version 5 when that becomes available soon.

I have found WinSelect's record feature to be very useful and highly 
recommend it.  If you haven't used this feature, It allows you to actually click 
on the button or menu choice you want to disable. You then add the recorded 
items to the list of items you want disabled, then disable these in the usual 
manner.
