There's a minimal screen magnifier built into Windows 2000, and also a
minimal screen reader and onscreen keyboard. W2k refers people needing
more robust accessibility programs to a list at
http://www.microsoft.com/enable/

The Opera web browser has a built in zoom function that takes both text
and images from 20% to 1000% of their original size.
