Visually Impaired

OK -- I  know this is in a FAQ somewhere so just tell me now and slap my
hand later -

Looking for ways within NT and/or Netscape and/or 3rd party software to
enlarge text and images on the screen for visually impaired patrons.
PREFERABLY something that could be run 'on the fly' so that the person who
needs it could use it and the person who didn't wouldn't have to -- without
staff constantly having to come change system settings etc.
