Hi All,
I am writing an article which examines the general topic of organization

another "space" to organize: a vast virtual world. >>

Kathy,
This is a very interesting issue. There have been several continuing
experiments with 3D graphical virtual worlds. Some of them have been
implemented in the form of graphical RPGs.
However, there is an interesting ongoing experiment that you can visit online
for free. Activeworlds (www.activeworlds.com) is a free download and lots of
fun. It has been in existence for at least 4 years and has evolved steadily.
A number of educational institutions have created and maintained worlds there
for various periods and there is continuous experimentation with virtual art.
