It looks to run only on Windows machines, though on their site they
mention "Easy setup process...works with any PC and hosting provider!"

Instant messenger, at least, runs on more than one platform.

Subject: [WEB4LIB] HumanClick?

Is anyone using HumanClick to provide assistance to your users? It is a
free service that provides one on one chat using Java on the remote user's
PC with a client on the one providing assistance. I am seriously looking
at
using it to replace AOL Instant Messenger for our online help.
