reading Chinese PDF files

I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 on my machine. The platform is Windows
NT. The problem is: when I try to open PDF file from some Chinese web sites,
I can not read them. The message I get is like the font they are using is
not on my machine.

I have downloaded Acrobat Reader Asian Font package from adobe's site. But I
still can not read it. Can somebody help?
