Prepub in Humanities ?

I am trying to find prepublications servers like the famous one in physics
in Los Alamos.

I found a couple in Universal Preprint Service at http://ups.cs.odu.edu/
It seems that these preprint servers are mostly used in Hard and Applied
sciences
I am looking specifically for preprints servers in Social Sciences or the
Humanities

I only found these two ones: RePEc and CogPrints
RePEc (which stands for "Research Papers in Economics) http://ups.cs.odu.edu/

and CogPrints, an electronic archive for papers in any area of Psychology, 
Neuroscience, and Linguistics, and many areas of Computer Science,
Philosophy , Biology etc. 

Could somebody point me to another ressource like these two ones in the
Humanities and Social science ???
