Internet Use Policy and Javascript

A while back several people posted examples of web pages that they had created that
required a patron using the library Internet workstation to read and accept the
library Internet Use Policy before starting to browse.  These examples were done
using javascript and I need to track down the code.  If anyone is familiar with this
could you please contact me with a site?  I've browsed the Web4Lib archives without
success.
