e-commerce in libraries

Hi everyone,

In case I didn't get back to you personally, thanks to everyone who responded.

I'm planning to write up a report which I'll put on the web for my
colleagues. It probably won't be complete for a while - I'm waiting for
some articles, and want to ferret around a bit more anyway. Anyway, when
it's finished, I'll post the url for anyone else who may be interested.
