Public web-based e-mail and library liability

Hello,

Please take a look at the Hotmail Terms of Service at:

Click on "Sign Up Here!" to read them.

Under "Member Conduct", the second paragraph states, "You agree to abide by
all applicable local, state, national and international laws and
regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur
under your account...." It continues..."You agree not to...use the service
in connection with chain letters, junk mail, spamming....."

Most, if not all, web-based e-mail services like Hotmail contain similar
language in their user agreements.  I hope this helps.
