security software pc station

[Charlotte G. Greenhalgh]

I am looking for recommendations for security  software  for a stand alone
interactice learning win95 station.  The software needs to prevent access
to control panels, settings, start menu, screen saver etc, but allow
access to internet and a few other applications. The other applications
will be launched by a browser type interface.  Any suggestions would be
much appreciated.
