Vanguard is offering its investors free use of Intuit's WebTurboTax which
includes free filing. I wouldn't recommend patrons coming in to use it
though. It uses Java and is very resource intensive, especially when
completing the CA state forms. Fortunately we haven't had any patron
inquiries about filing electronically at the library.
