[WEB4LIB] public library consortia

While on vacation in Hawai'i I was told that all public libraries in the
state are branches of the State Library. I checked the American Libraries
Directory and it states that "All public libraries are in one integrated
system". Perhaps someone from Hawai'i could respond?

Which products does the consortium have access to?
Approximate total number of journals?
