Attachment formats in Netscape 4.XX

And speaking of why some people don't upgrade to the newest versions of 
browers....

How does one change the format of an attached web page when sending 
email from Netscape 4 ?  In 3.04 it's simple to click on the attachment 
and select "Convert to plain text".  I see no similar option in the 4.5 
mailer.  Since we do use this browser on some public stations, it is 
something I would *like* to be able to show users.  Anyone know how to 
convert?
