[WEB4LIB] SGML viewer needed

SoftQuad has sold Panorama to a company called Interleaf 
(http://www.ileaf.com/news/SoftQuad_Acquisfinal9-25-95.html).  But 
you can still obtain (at least until a few weeks ago) a copy of 
PanoramaFree from several links on the SGML/XML 
home page (http://www.oasis-open.org/cover/publicSW.html#panorama)
