SGML viewer needed

I have been trying to find a SGML viewer named Panorama by
SoftQuad.  OCLC, the Library of Congress, and other sites
point to SoftQuad's web site but the link returns a 404
message.  Is this the only free SGML viewer available.  Are
there commercial products?
