"Safe Surfing Guidelines from ALA" (Edupage, 20 May 1997)

I called the ALA this week.  The reply I got to this question is that
what you read in this news clip is all the press release is.  There are
no detailed guidelines.  They are simply recommending that everyone is
educated, etc.
