Apache 1.2 available

With all the hoohah I expect over the summer with releases of Communicator
4.0, SuiteSpot, MSIE 4.0, and IIS 4.0, it's nice to see a quiet, dignified
release of top quality software from a non-profit organization.  Apache 1.2
is finally out, and available at ftp://ftp.apache.org/dist/ both as source
and as compiled binaries for most versions of Unix (though not Digital Unix
<pout>).
