InfoWorld web-site usability article

The December 15 issue of InfoWorld has an interesting piece by Lynda
Radosevich on page 82 titled "Fixing Web-site usability." Radosevich looks
primarily at how sites succeed, or fail,  in helping users gather
information.  I think there is quite a bit of worthwhile information that
could be relevant to library web sites.  A sidebar with "Top 10 mistakes in
Web design" is also thought-provoking.
