A very minor nit pick here.  The correct URL is
http://www-leland.Stanford.edu/~minow/filte.html

With the leading "http://", I can just click on the URL in an e-mail
message, and my browser will be launched and load that page.  Without it,
it just gives an error message.  *This is entirely correct behavior on its
part,* since the URL could easily be for an  "ftp://" or even "gopher://".

This is not a big deal, as I can always cut-and-paste.  But it is an annoyance.
