On a related note...

Not much use to completely blind users, but of possible assistance to 
people with some visual loss, is using a browser that allows for easy 
screen magnification.  Not having tried the latest Netscape, I'd 
recommend Opera, which allows you to *easily* magnify the screen by just 
about any amount (plus it's faster than NS or MS).
