Fishing for a web design consultant

Need an experienced web design consultant for contract work.   Job
would involve evaluation and redesign of an interactive medium-sized
library web site.  Contract terms negotiable.  4-6 month commitment. 
Would require at least one, maybe two site visits.  Most work could be
done remotely.  Must be experienced working with a team.
