The US Nuclear Regulatory Commission , located
in Rockville, Maryland ,  is seeking a Librarian for
day-to-day operations and maintenance of their
integrated library system (ILS), CD-ROM stations
and networks, and other library systems. 
Responsibilities include monitoring, testing, and
analyzing the ILS subsystems and serving as the
system administrator ; providing problem solving
assistance to staff and patrons; and  assisting in
on-line cataloging  and other library duties.

Requirements include a Bachelors or Masters
degree in Library Science and a minimum of one
year of  related  experience.  In addition,
experience in the use, operations and
maintenance of  LAN-based  ILS, CD-ROM
networks & other electronic resources is
necessary.    US citizenship is required.
