Telnet for Apple Macintosh

Dear colleagues,
I am looking for a telnet-software running on Apple Macintosh with the
following qualities:
- sufficient storage capacity,
- macros for login procedures,
- protection of those macros.
I now work with NCSA Telnet 2.6; this program is totally insufficient.
Can American librarians help me with informations (name of software, and
how to get it etc.)?
