Netscape problems

I'm having a problem that I hope one of you can help with.  Has anyone had
an empty information box appear requiring you to click OK upon trying to
open Netscape 2.0?  We're having a problem with this on a machine running
Windows for Workgroups 3.11.  It wouldn't be so bad (perhaps a little odd)
except that as soon as we try to link to anything we get disconnected.
This only happened recently, and the only change to the computer we can
think of is that Pagemaker 6.0 was installed about a week before this
happened.  It may be a problem with the dialer.  Any advice is greatly
appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
