Web Management Products

Hi,
I am looking for reviews or recommendations on packages which allow 
Webmanagers to process lots of documents at once. I need the capability 
to change many pages. I am familiar with a few products, like Grinder, 
but would like to find something that combines editing and management. 
Platform is not necessarily important, nor is the type of server 
required.
