best version of Netscape?

Hi, I'm currently using Netscape 1.1N and am happy with it. However, I've 
read the Netscape page recently and seen a lot of new features that would be 
nice to have. We want to offer Netscape to the public sometime in the new 
year. We will also have our home page up (when the powers that be decide on 
a service provider). Which is the best version to use? I heard so many 
complaints about the version after 1.1N that I decided not to fix what 
wasn't broken. Have the bugs been swatted? Right now, we're running Netscape 
on a 486 and using Windows 3.1 (that may change). Thanks in advance for your 
advice.
